Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings with Dilip Radhe Photography, Surat.

Booking

Your date is confirmed once the token amount is received. Package prices are as listed on our Packages page or in your written quotation.

Payment schedule

• 20% token amount at booking.
• 70% before the wedding / event.
• 10% after final delivery.
• Editing work begins once 90% of the amount is received.

Delivery promise

If we do not deliver your final work within 3 months, the last 10% payment is waived.

Changes & cancellations

Please tell us about date or scope changes as early as possible. Extra events, hours or add-ons are charged as per our add-on rates.

Usage of images

You receive your photos and films for personal use. We keep the right to use selected work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
